The bilingual NL/FR manual for the Standard Task List (STL) now available online
The very practical table showing the missions and responsibilities of the various actors of a construction project has undergone a new evolution.
It includes each stakeholder, through the columns of the table, concerned by the design, permit applications and execution of a project. The rows detail each of the tasks listed by a unique task number. This tool helps all actors, and in particular architects, to agree on who does what in order to improve collaboration.
A user manual now completes the list, and explains its purpose, structure and how it can be used.
This list was drawn up by contractors (ADEB), design offices (ORI) and architects (G30), with the support of real estate developers (UPSI), with the aim of improving collaboration between all stakeholders in the building process.
The latest version is now available via the links below, on the BIMPORTAL of the Belgian Building Research Institute (CSTC-WTCB).
